Cancellation Policy

Notification Requirement: Participants are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they need to reschedule their hands-on lash training session. Notification should be sent via email to thedstormexperience@gmail.com or by phone at 561-526-6341. Rescheduling Options: Participants who provide at least 48 hours' notice may reschedule their training session to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to availability. Rescheduling is based on the availability of future training sessions. Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of $250 will be charged for any training session rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. This fee covers administrative costs and ensures the availability of training resources for the rescheduled session. Waiver of Rescheduling Fee: The rescheduling fee may be waived under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or family emergencies. Participants must provide appropriate documentation or evidence to support their request for a fee waiver. Late Rescheduling or No-Show: Participants who fail to provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or do not show up for their scheduled training session will forfeit their training fee and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Request for Rescheduling Approval: All requests for rescheduling must be approved by The D Storm Experience. Approval is subject to availability and adherence to the notification requirement outlined in this policy. Confirmation of Rescheduled Session: Once a rescheduled training session has been confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the new date, time of the training session. Policy Acknowledgment: By registering for our hands-on lash training, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this rescheduling policy.
